How to read it: each capital’s markets are ranked by months of stock — how long it would take to clear the listings on the shelf at the recent rate of sale. Use the toggle for houses, units or all (all blends the two, weighted by sales). Markets at or above your line are in glut and glow; flip to Tightest to rank the scarcest, seller’s markets below the line.
